FFM @ SEGA Europe Special! « Result #2 on Nov 16, 2007, 6:52pm »
It was back on Monday this week (12th) that I attended a special meetup arranged by SEGA Europe. We were invited to playtest the Mario & Sonic at the Olympics game on the Wii - due to hit stores at the end of this month. No doubt many of you know about the event through many other Sonic sites by now...
However there hasn't been much of a video recollection of the day, and that's where FastFeet Media steps in. Armed with a shiny new camcorder for the day I managed to scoop a load of footage, so what next I hear you ask?
Well it isn't quite the return of SEGASonic:TV (nope we're saving that for another day^^), but it is a long overdue special which will technically be assigned the name of SEGASonic:TV S02E00 (Series 2 Episode 0).
So I'm currently waiting for some additional equipment to arrive but when it does I'll be spending a day or so getting the footage together and edited smoothly. You'll also be able to enjoy a new look to SEGASonic:TV too, so hold on whilst it all comes together - you'll be able to download the special on the forums and watch it via streaming on FastFeet Media's old site on TSS too.
SEGASonic:TV will return and we'll be at SEGA too, can you wait for this one?

Hello Cabbit!
Welcome to the forums and welcome to the team. I'm foreversonic, 22, and I'm also here helping FastFeet with a project. I'm not much of an artist. I can't draw to save my life, but then we can't be good at everything. I'm here more on the musical side.
Enjoy your stay and we look forward to seeing your artwork!

Cheerios, fallacious koalas, Sonic, and me « Result #4 on Nov 3, 2007, 6:44pm »
Hi everyone!
I go by Cabbit on the internet, but you may refer to me Meg if you'd like, as that is my actual name.
I'm 21 years old, and attend art college full time (Illustration major). I spend hours in Barnes&Nobel's and live on Starbucks drinks. Most of that time is spent in the children's section with the picture books. I'm a huge nerd like most of the people who go to art school, but occasionally I scare myself when I realize I've been standing in a gallery for 20 minutes talking about the negative formal aspects of some art piece, when in fact I'd only walked through on my way to the restroom. I am known to slip into a middle eastern/bulgarian accent from time to time, though I am not middle eastern or bulgarian and have no reason to have picked up such an accent. I love omelets and Cheerios and ice cream, and I hate having to wear socks. I count myself extremely lucky to be constantly surrounded by established and aspiring comic artists and illustrators. There's nothing better when your instructor comes in to class in the morning and shows off his new Iron Maiden high-tops, and your class mate proceeds to give a presentation of admittedly fallacious koala facts (when he's supposed to be presenting on character art). I'm completely in love with the crazy geeky "punkrock" artsy word I live in right now.
I've been obsessing over Sonic ever since Sonic 2 came out. It's the only fandom I haven't gotten tired with over time. Mostly because because it's so rich--there's so many different places to explore. I'd grown up with Archie's comic and DiC's television series, and recently I've been reading Fleetway's comic. (It remind me of reading Archie for the first time. It's awesome!) I've been listening to Sonic music for the past couple of days because my roommate has been playing it nonstop (this happens a lot actually). My fault for giving it to her in the first place.
I'm going to be helping out with artwork on FFM. Making visual things and whatnot.
I'll try to be on msn messenger when I can. I haven't used an instant messenger for a couple of years (most of the people I need to talk to are within shouting distance) so please forgive me for now as I try to make it more of a habit.
Looking over the previous posts here, it seems like the people here are pretty cool. I'll be happy to get to know everyone. ~<3

Hey!
It's nice to read about you! You are one of my Wii contacts, but I didn't really know who you were. Makes a change for me because I normally get to know people thoroughly before I add people as friends.
Anyway, great to see you again and I'll try and be in contact more, (don't know what about yet!)
hey everyone! Darkshadov here! xD « Result #9 on Oct 26, 2007, 7:42pm »
Well Hi everyone, I'm Darkshadov, 13 years old and live in Sweden so I'm not the best at English but whatever xD Much of my time is going on school but at my spare time I always have bunches of projects going on xD I usually animate and draw stuff too ^_^ Also, I love music wich is getting kinda like a drug to me right now >.<
How did I get in FFM? Well I haven't been in Fastfeet media for long. It all started when I came in 3rd place in a music video competition ffm announced then I came in the music video crew but it got shattered so now I'm in Black Dwarf ^.^
So yeah if you want to talk to me or anything you can add me to msn or send me an e-mail or whatever you want to do. ^^ darkshadovthedgehog@hotmail.com
Mattikus-Mattirex :A dual personality! « Result #10 on Oct 17, 2007, 6:39pm »
Hey all FFM-ers!
So I'm Mattikus, I'm taking the lead on the Black Dwarf project.
Um...soooo something about me.....
Well, Im a lifelong friend of Fastfeet, I'm 23 and also live in the UK. Weston-Super-Mare in South West England to be precise! I have a law degree but have more interest in graphic and technical design. Spent most of my youth designing contempory race cars based on whatever rules related to tht series, so that included scale F1 cars and sportscars too. Its more interesting than it sounds lol!
As you can tell I have a massive interest in motorsport. Thats everything but NASCAR! Real motorsports have corners that go both ways!!! Maybe one day I'll run my own team in some format hehe!
In terms of FFM I am one of the founding fathers of Black Dwarf. My good pal Fastfeet being the other. It all starts waaaaaaayyyyy back over 10 years ago now when the series was in comic form for our primary school. Back then the crew was human, the ship looked like a fountain pen and the story was way too close to British sitcom Red Dwarf! Years of development later we have two series in the pipeline, a novel, a broadened cast, more ships and dramatic CGI action (eventually) and all sorts. And the show is a more healthy mix of Star Trek, Sonic, Battlestar Galactica and...Red Dwarf! It really has become a big personal project but its a great way for th Sonic community to show off their skills. So, whats stopping you? Hop on board and get involved. We're alway on the lookout for people to help with the project.
